We will depart from our meeting point: 190 High Street (in the heart of the Royal Mile)

On our way fromEdinburgh, we’ll stop at the beautiful spot ofBankfoot, where we can rest after the first part of the journey, have a hot drink, and take in the scenery to see the typical hairy cows of the Highlands, theHairy Coos.

CCulloden Battlefield

We visit one of the most iconic sites in Scottish history, the site of the last battle fought on British soil, which would transform Scottish society and bring an end to its clan system.

DInverness

We will follow the course of the River Ness until we reachInverness, the capital of the Highlands, known for St. Andrew’s Cathedral and its castle. There, you’ll have the opportunity to grab a bite to eat and take a stroll through the city center.

Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle

Our next destination will beLoch Ness, where we will have the opportunity to take a cruise on the loch and visit the ruins ofUrquhart Castle.

This castle was an ancient fortress that witnessed some of Scotland’s greatest conflicts, from the Picts to the Jacobite Wars and the English invasion. It is undoubtedly a place steeped in history, but also full of magic.

FPitlochry

The route will continue through the Cairngorms National Park. Loch Laggan and Ardverikie Palace are just a few of the places we’ll pass through on our way toPitlochry. This town, with its Victorian houses, will welcome us as we stop to recharge our batteries in one of its pubs before heading back to Edinburgh.

GHanover Street (New Town, Edinburgh)

We will be back inEdinburghafter exploring some of the most beautiful landscapes Scotland has to offer. Our final stop will be in theNew Town, near the city center, onHanover Street.
